Medicare supplements were designed to coincide with existing Medicare coverage so that people could get the medical care that they need with fewer expenses and without having to worry about how they’re going to pay their bills. The plans are affordable, and were standardized by the government so that there are no surprises and no one is caught off guard by a surprise deductible, stipulation, or other issue. Medicare supplement plans are very well known for putting all the cards on the table at all times.
